How we Work:

Dove Remodeling prices and services are reasonable compared to our competition and high standard of work. 

 

Consider the time you will save by having a qualified licensed professional perform the work right the first time.

When a Dove Remodeling representative meets you to discuss your project, he or she will determine whether we can offer a fixed price contract or if the project will be billed on a time and material basis.

Time and Materials Pricing:​

  • Hourly Rates are $75.00 per hour per person.

  • All materials bought are marked up by 35%.

  • All outside services are marked up by 35%.

  • We have a 2-hour minimum.

Fixed Price Contract:

​

  • Larger jobs such as Decks, bathrooms, kitchens, and additions will require an estimate.

  • Estimates normally take between 7 and 14 days to prepare depending on the size of the project.

  • Minimum fixed price contract start at $5,000.00.
